George Washington, who was indispensable in the founding of the American nation, suffered no wounds during the Battle of Monongahela, even though eighty-five of his fellow officers on horseback were struck down. He was uninjured though fifteen enemy marksmen specifically targeted him, four bullet-holes were shot through his uniform, and two horses were shot from underneath him. The LORD most certainly protected him.
